Yoke came to be in 2018 on Nisenan Land, in Nevada City, California. After the birth of my son in 2016, I struggled to find clothing that matched my new feelings; I sought garments that reflected my deep desire to help heal the Earth. I craved complete transparency in process and honesty in supply chain.

I believe that clothing is one of the great links to the health of our home, Earth, and our homes, our Bodies. We have a chance to make a difference in these beautiful places and I promise to continue to seek out ways to make this accesible.

I draft, cut, and sew each piece you see here. I source organic and secondhand textiles, and each piece is sewn up with 100% organic all-cotton or found thread. I ship plastic-free. I quilt up or donate my scraps to other quilting pals.

Thank you for being here.
